Asbestos cleanup is underway at Hartford Hall on S 1st St
Hartford Hall at 649 S 1ST ST is in the middle of asbestos work, and the city has it marked in the works for Oct. 20 to 24.
After Spirtas Wrecking tore out the wall on the north side of the basement, more ACM turned up, including pipe insulation that was not in the asbestos survey. Complete Demolition Services is on the job, and the city wants waste manifests for the friable ACM.
