324 W Main St applied for asbestos abatement permit for Hubbuch Building
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic from the 2nd–5th floors and ceiling glue dots on the 1st floor of the Hubbuch Building at 324 W Main St, owned by 324 Main Owner QOZB LLC, with work scheduled from 08/04/2026 to 10/31/2026. The project covers about 5,000 sq ft of flooring and 600 sq ft of glue dots, uses wet methods, critical barriers, HEPA vacuums and PPE, and expects roughly 15 cubic yards of disposal so others can install new ceilings and flooring.
