1538 LYTLE ST environmental permit for asbestos abatement in office renovations

Louisville Visual Art has filed for an asbestos abatement permit to remove about 1,200 sq ft of floor tile and mastics from the office area at 1538 Lytle St as part of planned renovations. The work is scheduled for June 1–July 1, 2026, will use wet removal methods for Category I/II materials, and lists Cardinal Industrial Insulation Company Inc. as the abatement contractor with Gotta Go hauling waste to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
