At Avenue Plaza, 420 S 8th St, asbestos cleanup is in the works in units 1002 and 1003.
National Environmental Contracting says it’s taking out presumed asbestos joint compound so new drywall can go up after.
The job is slated for Nov. 16 through Nov. 30, and the city still has it marked as in progress.
