The abatement is scheduled for January 5–19, 2026 and is a targeted drywall removal (about 50 sq ft friable material) using full containment with negative-pressure machines, HEPA vacuums, wet mopping and PPE, with waste routed to WM - Outer Loop Landfill so others can come in to install new drywall afterward.
