1400 W Broadway asbestos abatement permit for Von Payne Distillery renovation
Abatement Solutions Technologies, Inc. is handling asbestos abatement at 1400 W Broadway for owner Von Payne Spirits as the vacant 1908 building is being renovated into Von Payne Distillery. The project, scheduled 10/30/2025–11/26/2025, involves regulating the work area and removing about 12 feet of transite (cement arc shields) from the former transformer room, with trained supervisor Robert Choate on site.
