649 S 1st St is lined up for a big wrecking job, and it’s Spirtas Wrecking Company handling it.
The 110,000-square-foot commercial building there, built in 1968, is the one on the chopping block, with the work pegged at about $3.2 million.
It’s still in the works, so the city hasn’t signed off on the whole thing yet.
