Heads up — about 200 square feet of presumed asbestos-containing (PACM) floor tile and mastic will be removed from Colonial Square at 3669 Chateau Ln.
Abatement Solutions Technologies will use HEPA-filtered negative pressure and wet hand-removal so other contractors can do water-mitigation repairs, and the asbestos abatement permit was issued with work scheduled August 28–31, 2026.
