6800 Sandstone Blvd applied for asbestos abatement for demolition permit
Owner Browne Garber B has filed for an asbestos abatement for demolition to remove black stud mastic from the studs at 6800 Sandstone Blvd, prepping the one-story, 2,200 sq ft home (built 1963) for demolition. Cardinal Industrial Insulation Company Inc. will handle the work from 08/27/2026 to 11/27/2026, removing about 115 sq ft of Category I/II mastic by wet methods, with Republic Services hauling waste to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
