4000 Buechel Bank Rd AP3 40225 applied for asbestos abatement permit
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing window glazing at Appliance Park AP5 — 3rd Floor, 4000 Buechel Bank Rd, for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc. The abatement is scheduled for Aug. 3–17, 2026 and covers about 10 sq ft of Category I/II material removed intact so ventilation louvers can be installed by others. Contractors note standard precautions — area isolation, wrapped removal, HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping, PPE — with waste headed to WM Outer Loop Landfill and supervisors lined up if any additional asbestos is uncovered.
