National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe insulation and window glazing in the AP3 pipe tunnel at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd AP3 for Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., a project scheduled July 20–August 3, 2026, to allow others to reroute piping. The work area will be isolated with warning tape, pipe insulation will be removed using glove bags, windows will be wrapped and removed intact, and crews will follow HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping, and PPE protocols—no other materials are expected to be disturbed.
