4000 BUECHEL BANK RD AP3 40225 applied for asbestos abatement permit
National Environmental Contracting will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe insulation from the basement of the Appliance Park Boiler House at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd; the property is owned by Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc. The abatement is scheduled for June 4–18, 2026, will use glovebag methods (about 15 ft of pipe insulation), with the area isolated and signed, HEPA vacuuming and wet mopping afterward, trained supervisors on site, and the waste set to go to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
