4000 BUECHEL BANK RD AP3 40225 applied for asbestos abatement permit
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe insulation at Appliance Park AP-3, 4000 Buechel Bank Rd AP3, on behalf of owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., so others can install new insulation. The abatement is a renovation project scheduled May 14–28, 2026, using glovebags for about 20 feet of pipe insulation in the AP-3 stairwell and Room 315 with isolation, HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping, PPE, and disposal planned at the Outer Loop Landfill.
