1837 OSAGE AVE Environmental Permit: Asbestos Abatement for Demolition
Micro-Analytics, Inc. will remove accessible transite siding (about 806 sq ft) and then carry out a supervised demolition at 1837 Osage Ave — the vacant single-family home owned by Louisville and Jefferson County Land. The abatement is scheduled for May 11–29, 2026, will use wet methods and hand tools with certified supervisors on site (Billy Geary, Danny Geary and team), and roughly 5 cubic yards of material will be hauled to WM – Outer Loop Landfill, so expect a careful, controlled demo rather than a big wrecking-ball scene.
