Louisville Metro has ordered an emergency demolition at 1613 Prentice St; owner Kedrin F. Walton is listed and the asbestos permit notes the entire vacant one-story former residence (about 2,657 sq. ft., built circa 1900) will be treated as Regulated Asbestos-Containing Material (RACM). Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. is lined up to handle abatement and daily disposal to Outer Loop Landfill, with work slated roughly July 28–August 28, 2026, and an outstanding permit fee of $2,319.22.
