A vacant house is coming down at 2129 Dumesnil St
A Louisville Metro emergency demolition is in the works at 2129 Dumesnil St.
The city says the old 1930, two-story, 2,736-square-foot place was once a residence and is now vacant. Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. is lined up for the job, and the plan calls for wet methods, careful debris handling, and treating the demolition waste as friable asbestos material.
Work is scheduled for Oct. 26, 2026 through Nov. 26, 2026.
