4000 Buechel Bank Rd Apt 3, 40225: asbestos abatement permit for AP-2
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. is set to remove presumed asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic at Appliance Park AP-2, 4000 Buechel Bank Rd, for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., so others can come in and install new flooring. The work—about 2,800 sq ft in C-17 and the Women's Locker Room—uses wet methods, containment barriers, HEPA vacuums and PPE, is scheduled April 27–May 11, 2026, and will produce roughly 7 cubic yards of waste sent to WM - Outer Loop Landfill; no other materials will be disturbed.
