4000 Buechel Bank Rd AP3 40225 Environmental Abatement Permit Issued
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe fittings and tar paper from Column A31 in Appliance Park AP4 at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., so others can install new insulation. The work is scheduled for April 6–20, 2026, and will use wet methods, glove bags, HEPA vacuums and PPE to remove about 40 feet of tar paper and 10 feet of pipe fittings (approximately 1 cubic yard of waste) destined for WM - Outer Loop Landfill, with no other materials to be disturbed.
