4000 Buechel Bank Rd AP3 40225 asbestos abatement permit
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. is scheduled to remove a window with presumed asbestos-containing glazing at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd AP3 (GE AP4 Column A19) for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., so others can install a new exhaust duct; the work is limited to about 4 sq ft of glazing and no other materials are expected to be disturbed. The abatement is planned for March 18–25, 2026, and will be done intact with critical barriers, poly sheeting, HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping, and proper PPE to keep the area contained and safe.
