National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing duct insulation from the mezzanine-level fan room in AP4 at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd AP3, a property owned by Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc. Scheduled for 03/09/2026–03/31/2026, the work targets about 200 sq ft of friable thermal system insulation and will use full containment with negative pressure machines, HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping, and proper PPE so it’s a controlled abatement rather than a teardown.
