1751 St Louis Ave asbestos permit issued

An emergency order demolition is planned for the vacant, former residence at 1751 St Louis Ave owned by Ewing Charles D Jr, with work scheduled around 08/18/2025–09/18/2025 on the one-story, 1,012 sq ft structure. Because regulated asbestos-containing material (RACM) is involved, the permit lets RACM remain in place during demolition but requires Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. to minimize disturbance, keep materials wet, containerize and promptly dispose of debris (about 6 cubic yards daily) at WM Outer Loop Landfill, and avoid track vehicles on the rubble—treating all demolition debris as RACM.
