2315 Bolling Ave Environmental Permit for asbestos abatement and demolition
Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank has filed for asbestos abatement at 2315 Bolling Ave to remove asbestos-containing materials (ACM) so the vacant former residence can be demolished. Cardinal Industrial Insulation will do the work Feb. 17–May 4, 2026 using wet methods to strip roof flashing (about 15 ft) and mastics (about 150 sq ft), with Republic Services hauling waste to WM Outer Loop Landfill.
