National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic from the AP1 office hallway at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc. The abatement is scheduled for Jan. 5–19, 2026, will cover about 1,300 sq ft, and uses wet methods, hand scrapers, poly isolation, HEPA vacuums and PPE—generating roughly four cubic yards of waste so others can install new flooring.
