4000 BUECHEL BANK RD Environmental permit for asbestos abatement in AP4 Fan Room
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe and duct insulation from the GE AP4 Fan Room at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd so others can install new insulation. The owner is Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., the work is scheduled for 12/29/2025–01/31/2026, and NEC says they’ll use glove-bagging for pipes, full containment with negative-pressure machines for ducts, HEPA vacuums and wet mopping to keep things tidy, with roughly 2 cubic yards of waste headed to WM - Outer Loop Landfill.
