Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank has an emergency-order demolition planned for 1745 W Hill St, Unit 1 — a vacant two-story former residence (built 1920, about 2,380 sq ft) with work scheduled from 12/11/2025 to 01/11/2026. Aesthetic Industrial Contracting will handle abatement under rules that allow regulated asbestos-containing material (RACM) to remain in place during teardown; contractors must minimize disturbance, keep materials wet, containerize and promptly dispose of debris (about 2,380 sq ft friable material) at WM Outer Loop Landfill, and must not use tracked vehicles on demolition debris.
