4000 BUECHEL BANK RD environmental permit for asbestos insulation removal at AP1
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe insulation from the AP1 Washing Test Lab at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., clearing the way for new insulation to be installed. The work is scheduled from 12/23/2025 to 01/16/2026 and will use glovebag removal with area isolation, warning signs, HEPA vacuuming, wet mopping and proper PPE; waste (about 1 cubic yard) is planned for WM - Outer Loop Landfill and no other materials are expected to be disturbed.
