4000 BUECHEL BANK RD applied for asbestos abatement permit
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing pipe insulation and floor tile/mastic at GE - AP4, located at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd, for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc., so others can install new flooring and insulation. The work is scheduled from 12/22/2025 to 01/31/2026 and calls for glovebagging pipe insulation and wet-method removal of about 50 sq ft of flooring/mastic, with isolation barriers, HEPA vacuums, and proper PPE. Disposal is planned at WM Outer Loop Landfill and trained supervisors will be on site; no other materials are to be disturbed.
