4000 BUECHEL BANK RD filed asbestos glazing abatement for GE Appliance Park

Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc is prepping an asbestos abatement at GE Appliance Park to remove PCAM window glazing ahead of window replacements at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd. Green City Demolition will use wet methods to remove about 467 square feet of glazing (Category I/II), with Waste Management and WM Outer Loop Landfill handling hauling and disposal; the work is scheduled for December 8–30, 2025. The single-story, 570,000‑sq‑ft building (built in 1952) expects roughly 100 cubic yards of waste from the project.
