4000 Buechel Bank Rd Environmental Permit: Abatement for Renovation Suite 117
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic in AP-2 Suite #117 at 4000 Buechel Bank Rd, clearing the way for new flooring. The work for owner Haier US Appliance Solutions Inc. is scheduled for Dec. 1–31, 2025 and covers about 2,950 square feet using wet methods, containment, HEPA vacuums, proper PPE, and disposal at WM Outer Loop Landfill, with no other materials expected to be disturbed.
