1454 S 12th Street Asbestos Abatement Permit for Emergency Demolition
Owners Summers Horace & Chicoby have an emergency asbestos abatement planned at the vacant former residence at 1454 S 12th St to clear roof flashing before demolition. Cardinal Industrial Insulation Co., Inc. will use a wet method to remove about 15 ft of Category I/II ACM from the entire roof, with waste hauled by Republic Services and disposed at WM Outer Loop Landfill; the work is scheduled from 11/05/2025 to 12/31/2025.
