1843 W Kentucky St Emergency Order Demolition (Asbestos Permit)

Emergency Order Demolition is planned at 1843 W Kentucky St for the vacant two-story former residence owned by John and Michelle Williams. Because regulated asbestos-containing material (RACM) may remain in place, Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. will perform abatement using wet methods, containerizing and promptly disposing of debris (no tracked vehicles on demolition debris), and all demolition waste must be treated as RACM and taken to WM Outer Loop Landfill. Work is scheduled to start 10/31/2025 and finish by 11/30/2025, with daily disposal and about 7 cubic yards expected to be hauled off.
