5049 POPLAR LEVEL RD: Lane and sidewalk closures for water service installation

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) is installing a new 2-inch water service at 5049 Poplar Level Rd, which will require one 5x6 pavement cut and one 6x8 sidewalk cut. Crews will work between Naomi and Shady Villa, closing lanes and sidewalks one lane at a time as they move west to east, with traffic control and flaggers and the road plated and reopened at the end of each shift. The work on property owned by AWAD LLC is scheduled from June 2 to June 26, 2026, and Clay Robinson is listed as the project manager for questions.
