ATT Southeast has been issued an encroachment permit for work at 8000 Air Commerce Dr., a site owned by RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. The permit allows lane and sidewalk closures (no road cuts, utility cuts, or excavation) during a window from August 27 to September 27, 2026, with five days of actual work expected. So expect some narrowed lanes and a closed sidewalk for short stretches, and note there are outstanding fees of $650.
