4927 Poplar Level Rd encroachment curb cut submitted for JCPS entrance

Earth Works LLC is digging in to improve the entrance for WEB Dubois Academy, working at 4927 Poplar Level Rd to upgrade the existing access near 4929 Poplar Level Rd between Rangeland Rd and East Indian Trail. The project is an encroachment/curb cut with excavation that will require sidewalk and lane closures starting March 19, 2026; the owner is the Board Of Education Of Jefferson County, Jacob Hurst (502-714-3337) is the Earth Works contact, and a restoration plan from Mindel Scott & Associates is on file.
