4920 Lagoona Dr Encroachment Permit PW-REP-25-02445 to install water main

Louisville Water Company (project manager Jacob Clark) is continuing work to install a water main on Lagoona Drive near 4920 Lagoona Dr, a property owned by Mary Linda Crawford. Expect alternating lane closures with flaggers — crews will plate and reopen the road at the end of each shift — and three cuts: a 4' x 690' dirt trench along the west side, a 4' x 585' pavement cut along the east side, and a 4' x 20' dirt cut in the cul‑de‑sac. Work is scheduled weekdays 7AM–7PM from about October 20 to November 8, 2025, with Excel Excavating as the contractor and restoration to follow LMPW utility policy; residents were notified in advance.
