3301 Lexington Rd zoning enforcement case opened for hazardous corner-lot fence

Owner Jooma Zarheer is the subject of an open zoning enforcement case after a plastic fence was installed around the front and side of the large corner lot at 3301 Lexington Rd. A neighbor reported the fence blocks sightlines at the corner, saying drivers have had to pull into oncoming lanes and nearly caused a crash, and they believe the fence may violate corner lot regulations. The city has the case open for follow-up.
