1979 Brownsboro Rd Louisville KY 40206 - Zoning complaint about ADA ramp access

BP Investment Group LLC, owner of the property at 1979 Brownsboro Rd, has an open zoning enforcement case after the Human Relations Commission forwarded a complaint from Tia Jenkins, a wheelchair user. Jenkins says the strip mall at 1991 Brownsboro Rd only has one ramp (to the right of Island Breeze Restaurant) and that Island Breeze’s picnic table blocks the sidewalk, making it hard to reach other shops like Pizza Hut and Subway — city staff have opened the case to review the ADA and zoning access concerns.
