2822 FRANKFORT AVE Abatement for asbestos at St. Marks Church
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing floor tile, mastic, and ceiling tile glue dots at 2822 Frankfort Ave for Saint Marks Episcopal Church to make way for restroom renovations, scheduled August 14–21, 2026. The work will use wet methods, poly sheeting isolation, HEPA vacuums and PPE, with about 135 sq ft of flooring/mastic and 64 sq ft of glue dots (roughly 1 cu. yd.) slated for disposal at WM - Outer Loop Landfill.
