930 E MAIN ST environmental permit for asbestos abatement at Lincoln Elementary
Jefferson County Public Schools has filed an asbestos abatement permit to remove floor tile and associated adhesive mastic from the 2nd-floor AP Office at 930 E Main St (Lincoln Elementary), with the Board of Education of Jefferson County listed as owner. The work, scheduled June 18–July 31, 2026, will be done by RH Environmental using non‑friable wet methods, HEPA vacuums, sealed polyethylene bags, and disposal at WM - Outer Loop Landfill — about 400 square feet of flooring will be removed.
