2000 Fern Valley Rd Environmental Permit for asbestos abatement Admin Building
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic throughout the admin building and pipe insulation on the second floor at 2000 Fern Valley Rd for Ford Motor Co World Headquarters, clearing the way for others to install new flooring and insulation. The work covers about 11,000 sq ft of flooring and 96 ft of pipe insulation, is scheduled from Aug. 13 to Oct. 31, 2026, and will use isolation, wet methods, glove-bagging, HEPA vacuums, and PPE to limit disturbance and properly dispose roughly 28 cubic yards of waste.
