National Environmental Contracting, Inc. will remove presumed asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic from the office area of IBEW 369 Union Hall (owned by Local Union 369) at 4315 Preston Hwy. The abatement is scheduled for July 2–16, 2026, and will use containment with poly sheeting and warning tape, wet methods, hand scrapers, HEPA vacuums and proper PPE, with removed material hauled to WM – Outer Loop Landfill (about 1 cubic yard expected).
