4601 VALLEY STATION RD abatement for renovation at Stuart Academy Classroom 133
Jefferson County Public Schools has filed an asbestos abatement permit for Stuart Academy at 4601 Valley Station Rd to remove floor tile and the associated adhesive mastic from Classroom 133. The owner, Jefferson County School District Fin, hired RH Environmental to do the work using wet methods and hand/electric scrapers, bagging ACM for disposal at WM – Outer Loop Landfill, with the job scheduled roughly June 22–July 31, 2026.
