915 E Jefferson St applied for asbestos abatement permit
Micro-Analytics, Inc. is planning to remove asbestos flooring at the vacant office and warehouse at 915 E Jefferson St (owned by Nulu Jefferson Partners LLC) to clear the building for demolition, with work scheduled for June 4–30, 2026. The permit covers 2,130 sq ft of Category I/II flooring and mastic to be wet-scraped and chemically digested (about 7 cubic yards of waste), hauled by Quantum Enterprises and disposed at WM - Outer Loop Landfill; ACM in the roofing and transite panels is noted but will not be demolished.
