Micro-Analytics, Inc. is applying for an asbestos permit to allow emergency maintenance and cleanup of asbestos-containing material at BF Distillery, 3502 7th Street Rd, which is owned by Early Times Distillers. The friable-blanket project is scheduled from 04/24/2026 to 04/23/2027 and calls for wet methods, critical barriers, HEPA air and glovebag removal of about 1,500 feet of material with roughly 20 cubic yards of waste to be hauled to WM – Outer Loop Landfill; trained supervisors are listed and there’s an outstanding fee of $1,112.87.
