1420 Gardiner Ln applied for asbestos abatement permit for USPS P&DC renovation
United States Postal Service is prepping a big HVAC and ceiling overhaul at the USPS P&DC located at 1420 Gardiner Ln that includes replacing ducts, ceilings, and HVAC systems. RH Environmental will perform asbestos abatement from April 3, 2026 to April 9, 2027, removing about 150 feet of asbestos-containing gaskets intact (roughly 10 cubic yards) for proper disposal, with trained supervisors on site and a contingency plan if any additional asbestos is found.
