The owner, Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Protection, plans to renovate the 17,000-square-foot, single-story building; abatement is scheduled March 6–April 6, 2026, using wet manual removal for about 200 square feet of material with roughly 4 cubic yards of waste headed to Outer Loop Landfill.
