1420 Gardiner Ln Applied for asbestos abatement permit at Louisville P&DC
National Environmental Contracting, Inc. is set to abate presumed asbestos-containing flooring and mastic at the Louisville P&DC, 1420 Gardiner Ln, on behalf of the United States Postal Service. The crew will remove roughly 26,408 square feet of flooring between January 28 and April 10, 2026, using wet methods, critical barriers, HEPA vacuums and proper PPE so others can install new flooring—no other materials are expected to be disturbed. Waste will be hauled to WM - Outer Loop Landfill as needed (about 60 cubic yards reported).
