2313 Greenwood Ave: Emergency demolition order issued for RACM

Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank has an emergency order demolition planned at 2313 Greenwood Ave, a vacant one-story former residence built in 1920 (about 2,863 sq ft). The asbestos permit says regulated asbestos-containing material (RACM) may remain in place during work, and requires Aesthetic Industrial Contracting, Inc. to keep materials wet, containerize and promptly dispose of debris at Outer Loop Landfill, treat all demolition debris as RACM, avoid tracked vehicles on the rubble, and perform daily disposal during the job scheduled 01/08/2026–02/08/2026.
