6700 Grade Ln Environmental permit for ACM abatement at UPS Warehouse Building 4

BT Property LLC is planning asbestos abatement at 6700 Grade Ln in Warehouse Building 4 to clear out ACM and make the workspaces asbestos-free, targeting flooring and mastic plus ceiling material in Rooms 33 and 35. The project is set to start 01/05/2026 and will be handled by Brandenburg Industrial Service, with Waste Management of Kentucky hauling about 30 cubic yards to WM Outer Loop Landfill; the permit lists roughly 150 sq ft of flooring/mastic and 500 sq ft of ceiling material to be removed using wet methods and containment.
