2120 Payne Street Environmental Permit for Nazareth Home asbestos tile removal

Micro-Analytics, Inc. is heading to Nazareth Home - Clifton Campus to remove about 731 sq ft of asbestos tile flooring and mastic in basement storage rooms at 2120 Payne St where leaking has caused damage. The abatement is scheduled for 12/29/2025–01/16/2026, will use wet-scrape and chemical digestion methods, and roughly 5 cubic yards of waste will be hauled to WM – Outer Loop Landfill. Owner Nazareth Home Inc is listed on the project, and crews say they’ll stop work and notify authorities if any additional asbestos-containing material is discovered.
